Why UtsavLive – What we are trying to achieve
India is the country of festivals! UtsavLive.com is an effort to uphold Indian culture and traditions that revolve around the festivals. The website started its journey with Durga Puja – gradually it will cover other Indian festivals as well.
Encouraging Participation
Participation is at the core of UtsavLive. From fashion, recipes, travel to writing – we encourage contribution from our readers. And as a token of appreciation we have announced prizes for top contributors in 5 categories. See the contest page for more information.
Supporting a Cause
While having fun, we are trying to convey the flavour of the festivals to those who are far away from their family. And those who are not able to participate in the festivals due to any other reason; such as senior citizens, physically challenged people and special children.
Creating a Platform for Businesses of all sizes
At the same time, we are trying to create a platform for small, medium and large businesses, even for door-to-door salesman so that they can display their products and interact with the mass directly.
