This puja is organised by PURANGANA, an organisation run completely by women. The place is located opposite of Padmashree cinema hall, Garia.
This is the 13th year of this Puja. The Pandal is designed and created completely by the young people of this locality, it’s a small paara of about 50 families. This year the pandal is designed to pay tribute to Tagore on his 150th Birth Anniversary.
All the people take their breakfast, lunch and dinner together. Cultural programmes are organised every evening by the members. Even elderly people participate with full energy which creates a homely ambience.
