Contribute, Promote and Win!. Every year a lot of corporate houses and organisations reward Puja Committees for Best Idol, Best ambience, Best lighting and many other categories? But what about the people? What about Us?

Festival is all about people and participation. At UtsavLive one of our objectives is, of course, reaching out to the people who are not able to take part in the festival. At the same time we encourage people to actively take part in the festival, even those who are not in the country.

Art and culture have always been an integrated part of Festivals. UtsavLive takes the responsibility to uphold our traditions in its purest form; this is a platform where you can showcase your abilities and get recognition.

Here is how you can do it:

Contribute in any of the following categories:

  • Pujor Khao Daoa – Send us recipes, as many as you want.
  • Pujo Images – Send us images related to Puja.
  • Pujor Lekha Lekhi – Send us articles, short stories, poems even scanned copy of your paintings. Children can also take part in this section.
  • Pujor Gaan – Record your performance, upload it on Youtube and send us the link OR you can send the video files directly to us. Send us the inlay and description of your music CD about to release before puja.
  • Pujor Fashion – If you have a boutique, a garment, menswear, womenswear or kidswear shop or you sell jewelleries and fashion accessories – you can send a short description of your business with some snaps of your products.

Promote your entry through facebook, emails, word of mouth – ask people to vote for your entry.

Win prizes. The entry with maximum number of Votes and Facebook ‘Likes’ will be selected as the top post in that category and the contributor would receive a memento from Team UtsavLive.

* The winner will be announced on October 15, 2011.

** We might consult a panel of judges to decide the winner, in case there is a tie; or we feel some entries need an expert review.
